What to Expect

The James Andrews Golf School is based at Sedlescombe Golf Club and incorporates an 18 hole course as well as a par 3 course. With a number of feature holes based around stunning woodland, lakes and ponds the 27 holes blend perfectly into their natural surroundings.
The 6,269 yard 18 hole course offers a challenge to the scratch golfer, while the average golfer will enjoy some spectacular golf mixed with a variety of bunkers and water hazards in one of the prettiest corners of England.
The Par 3 course features a variety of interesting holes varying in length from 90 to 180 yards, this makes it an ideal first step onto the golf course for beginners.
Please note that the golf courses run on tee times only
Testimonials
"I just wanted to say what a fantastic time my friend and I had this weekend. The accommodation was lovely - clean, comfortable, spacious, well equipped and quiet. Our coach was great, he was always patient, cheery and friendly and with the group sizes being so small it was like having individual tuition. I learned so much in terms of practical skills as well as getting a good understanding of the thinking behind things like how to select your club and what shot to play and when. Facilities were excellent in terms of the range, bunkers, and multiple putting greens which enabled us to have a realistic experience of the different aspects of the game without being out on the course. The video tuition room was incredibly useful, it was an invaluable way of understanding and seeing where I was going wrong - even though seeing yourself on film is every woman's nightmare!!
The whole atmosphere of the golf school and club in general was incredibly friendly and blew away all of our preconceptions about golf clubs being intimidating or stuffy environments. The bar/restaurant staff were lovely and wherever we went, from the Pro Shop to the pub quiz, we were made to feel very welcome. The food was of an excellent standard - it was so nice to have a variety of veggie food other than the standard lasagne and stuffed peppers!
Please pass on my thanks to your staff, I can't tell you how much I enjoyed myself and how relaxed and refreshed I feel now I'm home. It's given me a real passion for the game and the knowledge and techniques to be able to play safely without exacerbating my back problem. I think it's safe to say I'll definitely be back!
With grateful thanks and kind regards"
