What to Expect
Welcome to the James Andrews School of Golf, the UK's leading golf school as featured on CNN's Living Golf and Todays Golfer magazine.
What is a golf school?
A golf school is exactly that, a series of lessons structured in a fun and enjoyable way so that you can learn every aspect of the game in a friendly environment with one of our 8 PGA qualified professionals.
So how does it work?
Schools are run in the morning or afternoon, 4 hours each session, or if you prefer the intensive all day approach, a full 8 hours of tuition. You will be in groups of no more than 4 students per professional, and everyone in the group will be at the same golfing standard to help focus the teaching.
Will this make me a good golfer?
This depends on you, at the James Andrews School of Golf we will give you the knowledge to take home and apply to your game. You will recieve a personalised handbook with notes, pictures and training procedures to practice when you go away.
What facilities does the school offer?
Extensive practice facilites including a covered floodlit driving range, chipping green with 2 practice bunkers, golf swing video analysis centre and 7 putting greens, these as well as two courses (18 hole par 72 and a par 3 course). As well as the golf facilities, there is an onsite luxury golf hotel and a licensed bar and restaurant.
Testimonials
"The weekend is packed full of exercises to work progressively on your technique, with the chance to put everything into practice on the stunning 18-hole course. The food is excellent, nice accommodation, but the quality of the staff is key. James Andrews has the patience of several saints, a genuine desire to improve your game and the group sizes never go above four people. If you have ever thought of taking lessons. this place is untouchable."
