2 Day Beginner Itinerary
Stoke by Nayland

Day 18.30 - 16.00

8.30 – 13.00

After meeting your instructor in the hotel lobby the tone is set by meeting your fellow students. We have an initial chat to explain the course and get to know you before heading to the short game area.

During the morning you will learn the basic set up routines, a short swing, chipping and putting with a break for tea or coffee.

13.00 – 14.00 Lunch

14.00 – 16.00

After lunch we will explore the over complicated rules of golf, golf etiquette and some do’s and don’ts on and around a golf course followed by a fun video analysis session with your group.

Day 28.30 - 16.00

8.30 – 13.00

The second day starts with a quick recap of the short swing before we build on this. The aim of the morning is to complete the swing ready for the golf course later in the day.

13.00 – 14.00 Lunch

14.00 – 16.00

The afternoon starts with an explanation and demonstration of how each club works and when to use it. Safety on the course and how to repair the course if you damage it are also covered.

You will then head onto the course with your instructor and put into practice what we have learnt.

The course finishes with a summery of the past two days, a personalised manual and we discuss how to continue your progress, the next steps for you to take and advice on where to and not to play.
